PILATES & FRIENDS REVIEW

I recently decided to try Pilates & Friends after seeing a lot of great things online. I've always been curious about Pilates, but never had finding a good class. The first thing that struck me was the friendly atmosphere. Everyone looked so welcoming and supportive. The instructor, who, was fantastic! She was knowledgeable and made sure to guide e
